I also faced this problem when I tried commenting without logging in. It happened because the Captcha image was not updated. You need to refresh the page to get Captcha. Now I have removed it and installed some strong defenses. I will talk about it in coming posts. You would be surprised to know but your comment always end up as Spam. Because I was entering the write text but still captcha seem to miss the point. You can do one thing, you can have easy captchas, words like cars or bikes names will do wonders.
