You have to do back up manually. Its not automatic and create problems. <strong>2.</strong> The Plug in I have mentioned is the only plug in which helps to automatically upgrade. Just follow steps. It do backups too. <strong>3. </strong>The tool that comes with WP was designed/created to replace this plug in (This is a official fact), so when WP developer tried to discontinue support to the plug in . But their tool sucked and was not able to do what it was made for. They restarted to support this plug in (poor WP developers). <strong>4.</strong> This plug in is officially recommended and supported by WP. Ask them, they will recommend it. The person who use it know its virtue. Let me tell you why use this plug in and not the one in tools.
